Your Rights and Choices

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. To delete your account:

• Open the Circuit Timer app
• Go to Profile → Account Management → Delete Account
• Follow the confirmation prompts

Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Workout data stored locally will be immediately deleted.

International Users and GDPR Compliance

Your data is processed and stored in the European Union to ensure GDPR compliance and optimal data protection. We are committed to protecting the privacy rights of all users, regardless of location.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except for anonymized usage data that may be retained for analytics purposes.
